The practice endeavours to give a good professional service at a low price. An example of our conveyancing fees would be as follows:

Sales

Currently, we estimate our standard fees to be £1,200 (inclusive of VAT (20%) and disbursements) for properties priced up to £300,000, and £1,300 (inclusive of VAT (20%) and disbursements) for properties priced £301,000 and above. For properties above £600,000 there may be additional charges.
If there is more than one mortgage/loan to be repaid, there will be an additional fees of £100 per mortgage/loan. There may be occasions where there are more than one title number per property. In these cases, we may have to charge further Land Registry fees (up to £50 per additional title).
Please note that we do not act for flats, apartments, or shared-ownership or commerical properties.

Purchases

Currently, we estimate our standard fees to be £1000 plus VAT (20%) of £200.00 and disbursements for properties priced up to £250,000, and £1,100 plus VAT (20%) of £220.00 and disbursements for properties priced £251,000 up to £600,000. For properties between £601,000 to £800,000, there will be additional fees with prices starting at £1,200 plus VAT (20%) of £240 and disbursements. For insurance purposes, we are unfortunately unable to act on properties above £800,000.
Disbursements are additional costs which will vary depending on the location and cost of the property. Examples of disbursements are Land Registry fees and various searches such as a Local Search or Coal Board Search.
