The practice endeavours to give a good professional service at a low price. An example of our conveyancing fees would be as follows:
Sales
Currently, we estimate our standard fees to be £1,000 (inclusive of VAT and disbursements) for properties priced up to £300,000 and £1,100 (inclusive of VAT and disbursements) for properties priced £301,000 and above. For properties above £600,000 there may be additional charges. If there is more than one mortgage/loan to be repaid, there will be an additional fees of £30 per mortgage/loan. Please note that we do not act for flats, apartments, or shared-ownership properties.
Purchases
Currently, we estimate our standard fees to be £950 plus VAT of £190.00 and disbursements (VAT at 20%) for properties priced up to £300,000 and £1,000 plus VAT of £200.00 and disbursements (VAT at 20%) for properties priced £301,000 up to £800,000. For insurance purposes, we are unable to act on properties above £800,000. Please note that we do not act for flats, apartments, or shared-ownership properties.
